There is nothing worse than arriving to a property, be it your own or as a guest, to empty cupboards, unable to even make a good old cup of tea, or imagine arriving late at night or on a Sunday with no shops open.

Let us provide a welcome pack of food and drink essentials for yourselves or your visitors.

Standard pack includes items such: milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water, bread, butter, cheese, preserve, cereal, wine, fruit juice.

Price starts from: 25€ (inc IVA)

If there is a special occasion, we can provide champagne hampers, flowers, cakes, etc. - POA

We offer a selection of different catering packs, from BBQs to picnics to full dinner party catering.

Information Folders

Med Property Management can provide information folders for your new guests, including our contact details for any emergencies, specific information of your property, as well as local guide information, events, useful numbers, etc.

Locksmith

We have locksmiths ready at hand to deal with any emergency call outs, or change of locks with owners consent for persiana locks, patio doors, master key lock systems, garages.

This service should not be necessary if you choose to take advantage of the keyholding service, but there is always a possibility of a problem arising.

Property security is a very important factor to consider as a property owner in any country, even more so if you are looking to leave your property vacant for long periods of time.

Med Property Management can organise quotes for varying alarm systems, from the most basic to those that give you access to view your property via the internet.

Equipment hire - items such as baby travel cots, bumper seats, high chairs, etc. POA

Excursions

We can provide you and your guests with a choice of local excursions and sports, ranging from golfing, watersports, wine tasting, tour guides of local attractions, bus trips, etc. POA
