Changeovers, Cleaning & Laundry |

We will be responsible for ensuring your property is thoroughly cleaned and in order prior to the arrival of new guests.
Things such as light bulbs not working, or incomplete cutlery, or crockery, which can irritate the best of us, will be dealt with promptly. |

Standard Changeover
- clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, toilets, floors, surfaces, small balconies
- check all lights / gas bottles
- clean fridge / oven
- remove any left-over items of food and drink
- check terrace and any outside furniture is clean and free of damage
- change bedlinen and towels (price based on owner providing at least 2-3 sets)
- report any damage
- leave our contact details for any issues your guests may have

We will use our own cleaning supplies. Prices include the cleaning of bedlinen and towels and are based on owners providing at least 2-3 sets. All linen will be marked with your surname and or property name prior to the first laundering. Linen and towel sets can be provided at an extra cost, please refer to the laundry section. |

The laundry of all bedlinen and towels is included in the changeover service, but should you require any further laundering, please request a price.
Any items being sent for laundering will be marked with your surname and or property name. |
If you prefer that your guests did not use your personal linen and towels, we can provide full sets at an extra cost.
